Re: somequestionsforu?

1.Not giving up, learning from failures and something which gives me satisfaction is success and its not an accident it the result of our attitude.
u cant measure success becoz its a journey not destination.
2.if money alone brings happiness then all rich people will be happy, its not like that
i love doing work, learning things, and i want my carrer to be shaped up in certain fashion.

Re: somequestionsforu?

3,4,5 depends on the individul ,becoz every one will have their own goals, own experiances
3.)short term goals long term goals
k,begin by setting short-term goals. Right now your goal may be to get a job. But what kind of job? And where do you go from there?
for eg:as a s/w engineer,team leader,project manager,..
My long-term goal will depend on where the company goes. My plan is to move into a position of responsibility where I can lead a team.
it depends becoz every one has there own goals.
4.)toughest challenge:
u can tell some thing like ex:when u r manageng a college day func how u manged it,andthe prob u faced while asigning works to the coordinators how u can make ur subordinates work actively, also tell him how u overcommed that probs u faced,...bla,bla
ur ansewers should be +ve,when we tell them the toughest prob we should also tell them how we managed it or solved it.

Re: somequestionsforu?

7.work under pressure:
High achievers tend to perform well in high pressure situations.

ex:billgates becoz Basically it is the funda of Bill Gates to work under pressure. If he gets 10 days to work on a project he'll not do anything for first 7 days & will do all work in the left three days because according to him people do their best under pressure.

i dont mean that we should follow that just as an ex
all that we need to tell is

I have enjoyed Working under pressure, its like a challenge. Creating a good environment and planning will lead to success that's what I believe the most.
and tell him an ex where u worked under pressure and successed the task.

Re: somequestionsforu?

for 6th q
we all come across a lot of failures.
Failing, in and of itself, is an integral part of the learning process that we, as human beings, must go through in order to advance ourselves in life. The challenge isn't in the process of failing, or making a mistake, it's in how we were trained to respond to our mistakes.
when we feel ashamed of failures then there is no progress.
k,so my ans goes like this...
"i have come acrossed a lot of failures but i never felt ashamed of it becoz i have learnt some thing good of it and corrected my self".
best ex:thomas edison
"failed" at his attempts to invent the light bulb over 10,000 times.if he is ashamed of his failures then there is no invention of bulb.
