    1. Always be the initiator and concluder of the GD
    then being a
    participant.

    2. But if you are particaipant always try to be the
    most vianl/key
    participant.

    3. Put points firmly and always try to get others
    support too.

    4. If you find that the discussion os going offttrack
    then never loose an oppurtunity to bring it back
    to straem this is the
    best point to score max.

    5. Try to keep latest information on the topic.

    6. Be very polite , people may try to provoke you to
    to get more
    points but try to keep cool.

    7. Most important don't wait for your turn to speak
    when discussion
    is on. inturrupt politely if you want to put
    forward your points.

    8. Last but not the least keep atab on the time given
    for
    discussion. score points by wrapping up the
    discussion if you
    feel that the discussion is heating but the time is
    going to be
    over.

    9. During conclusion, do end with the conclusion note.
    that shows
    your leadership quality.

    just remember that in a GD
    1. always try to start the GD or End it....
    2. do not have 1-2 wid anyone...means if u speak than u cannot speak directly after another one..in short u can not be the 3rd speaker after u speak once....
    3. try to be attentive n nod while the other person speaks,,this' ll show tht u have listening skills....
    4. try giving examples n figures(abt figures quote thm only if u r sure.......)
    5. while speaking speak in a distinctive manner look towards each n everyone....
    6.use voice modulation tech n hand gestures to a gr8 effect...
    7. juzz sit straight n relaxed.dnt sit wid u'r legs crossed.
    8. the most important... ..speak when u have something to speak but dnt speak because u have to speak something... if u get this line..u r through u'r GD


    in n intervw.....
    1. always keep smiling but beware this shud look genuine n not fake smile or nervous smile.
    2. if u dnt know ny question juzzz say tht u dnt know..dnt give vague answers...
    3. sit straight n sit a bit away from the table....
    4. u'r english shud be gud wid proper accent..
    5. in HR always think as a neutral person n dnt get urself confused in blood relation questions...
    6. always keep back u'r chair in a proper way in proper place aftr u'r int gets over...
