Regarding Interview for customer care

hi friends,
I am sayee and i have completed my BE and I have an interview in AirTel on coming monday(mar 13) for the post of executive trainee(customer care or sales or marketing).
It is an panel interview and there will be two persons one an general manager and other person is HR manager.

What type of questions can I expect from them?
What information i should gather about that post?

The compensation package is Rs.10,000 in the training period( 6 months) and after training 1.5 lakhs p.a.

I want ur help in this regards da and dis friends.
