Hi friends,

We know the quotation of "Janani Janmabhoomischa swarga dapi gariyasi..."

ORIGIN: After defeating Ravana in the war Vibheeshana requests Rama and Laxman to visit Lanka.

Rama and Laxman were absolutely struck by the beauty
of Lanka.The ponds were crystal clear and the way to get into was
studded with diamonds and precious stones.The buildings were of fine
architecture and the roads were very neat.

Rama was spell bound and was getting attracted to the beauty of Lanka.

But he refrained himself from further seeing the beauty of Lanka by saying

"API SWARNAMAYI LANKA NA MAY LAKSHMANA ROCHATHI
JANANI JANMABHOOMISCHA SWARGADAPI GARIYASI" means "Dear LAXMAN may be
Lanka is truly Golden and resembles heaven but the mother and
mother land are more sacred than heaven (janani janmabhoomischa
swargadapi gariyasi)".

FRIENDS THIS IS A LESSON FOR US WHO R TRYING TO
SETTLE IN FOREIGN COUNTRIES . WE MAY STAY THERE FOR 1 OR 2 YEARS OR
PROBABLY 10 YEARS.BUT THE MOMENT WE FEEL THAT THEY ARE SOPHISTICATED
THAN US WE MUST IMMEDIATELY BOOK OUR RETURN TICKET AND RETURN TO OUR
MOTHER INDIA.THANK YOU.

Hi Jithendra,

I am not clear what you are trying to say.

Do you mean to say, we have to do that just because RAMA said so?
Do you mean to say, we do not want people to appreciate the hardwork of others?
Do you mean to say, don't look into others creativity as it will reveal the reality that we are just a drop in ocean but not ocean itself?

Dear friend,


It doesn't mean that we should not appreciate others it all deals with
people migrating from our country and settling in foreign countries.
Returning to home means trying to make our country as nourished as
others are. I didn't discuss abt any hardwork or creativity which is in
ur query.Hope ur clear.
