Hi Friends,

I m Saahil.I m a MCA Fresher.I want ur suggestions.I m hunting for the jobs Plz help me.I m in confusion whether to go to BPO or Software Development Process.I m not able to make any decision.plz u guyz help me and tell me whether to go to Bpo or Software.

I also want to improve my nervousness.I m not able to speak a good english in front of the interviewer or HR of a company.I get frozen in front of the HR why i dont know its a lack of self confidence or other thing i dont know.

Plz give me as good suggestion as possible. I'll be very grateful to u guyz.

u better go into s/w developemnt. as u r fresher try & search forjobs u'll get it. mean while learn any course it will the additional weightage.

regarding english....means u can able to speak nicely but u r unable to put it infront of the interviewer.........better solution is practise. bfore the interview itself start practising HR question and answers act like u r gvng interview...somebody is watching u......and also check HR contests....participate in tht...try to observe others replies tooo......then u'll get an idea.......and pratise daily...........

as ur fresher try in software development side prepare for aptitude n technical
practise all previous tests papers of all companies

i think no need for u to go into bpo field but u attend interviews their so tht u can improve ur english

n try to talk with ur frnds n realtives in english
read english news papers watch english news u vl improve
first be confident tht u can talk in english

hi Mr. saahil ur word shows u r good at english but u told u hav nervousness. To avoid nervousness practise urself infront of a mirror and find ur expressions and body language this is the best way.Alays be positive. i wiah u all the best

Welcome to sk.net!!!

You are a fresher. So, I suggest you to concentrate on software field rather BPO (atleast for now). Once you move to BPO (for short run incomes) it will become little difficult to come back in future, even if you want. But if you want to continue your career in that area and if you have plans to move up in m.ment ladder, you will have good future there also. But for now, my suggestion is to concentrate on software field.

Comming to your communication, practice makes man perfect. Until you are giving an interview, believe yourself and believe that you are the best in subject knowledge. Also try to speak with your friends in English while discussing subject. It will help you a lot and will boost your confidence level. Believe me, your English is very decent enough. You only need some practise.

as all frds said ...its better to choose s/w field.

yah ur english is fine enough ......u r feeling nervous in the interviews thts it. for tht u've to pratise little bit at ur home or in room.......practise HR questions infornt of the mirror.....assume like reflection is interviewer...and u r gvng interview.....just little bit practise makes u perfect.
