Hi friends,
I finished my BE CSE in 2005.Now im having 1+ exp in a small concern.I posted my resume in many sites but no one called me.Plz give me a better idea to enter into a good companies.. Wht can i do for tht...

welcome to sknet.
frd...it depends on the resume also.
may i knw on which tech u r hvng exp?
prepare ur resume more effectively and apply for jobs.
c companies & hr section for resume tips.
and apply in all job sites........try to make some changes in resume and prepare it effectively........deff u'll get calls.

in this institute they told me after completion of course they'll give placement for me did this placement is enoughfor my job search
