how to run the servlet program in weblogic

when i complete my application and compiled it there were no errors
There were no errors in the Tomcat installation and weblogic but
The error it is giving is exception in the parsing the descripter

and i think there is no way i tried to run the application i don't what is the problem
can u pls give me a solution to my problem

The error is in ur WEB.XML file, I think u have not closed some XML tag or something, even when u comment something, there should be only two hyphens in the xml closing and ending tags ex: < !--sometag > , it should not be like < !---sometag >
