OCR ISSUE

I am Using OCR Engine for an Invoice to scan and storing it in a .doc format in a folder
In that i am grabbing some fields...if my data is side by side i can retrieve it easily...where as if it is in table format i m not...

Eg:
Name:ABCD,
Age:28
Designation:s/w Engineer....this ytpe of data i cant easily retrieve..

If the .doc contains any tabler format;;;

Name | Age |Designation
ABCD | 28 | S/W Engineer
EFGH |32 | Developer.......

for this type of data..i m not able to retrieve...

My Output sholud be:
Name:ABCD
Age : 28
Designation:S/wEngineer...
---------------------------------
Name:EFGH
Age:32
Designation:Developer
-----------------------------------

Can any one help me in this???
