10 new indians are added into Forbes magazines Billionaires list as of 2006. The total no of indian billionaires is 27.


And the total no of billionaires in the world has raised to 793 which is 102 more than the previous year.Out of793 billionaires78 were women.And the total worth of them is $2.6 trillion ,each worth an average $3.3 billion.


The list of top 10 is as follows
  2. Bill Gates(US Microsoft)

  3. Warren Buffet(US investments)

  4. CArlos Slim(Mexicon-telecom)

  5. Ingvar Kamprad(Swedan-Ikea)

  6. Lakshmi Mittal(India-steel)

  7. Paul Alles(Us Microsoft)

  8. Bernard Arnault(France-LVMH)

  9. Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal(Saudi Arabia-Investments)

  10. Kenneth Thomson(Canada-Publishing)

  11. Li Ka-shing(Hong Kong-diversified)
