Job Description
Interact with plastic/master batch manufacturing customers
To answer technical queries
Conduct Technical Trials
Conduct Joint Testing at Customer in Lab and/or Customer Place
Support Sales Function with Technical Back Up
Promotion of Aron Products
Introduction of newly developed Proudcts
Standardisation of test procedures using existing and new machnies
Conduct visit to customer as & when required
Evaluation of competition samples and their feedback to marketing & production and/or the concerned department
Preparation of illustrations, test reports for newly developed products
Handling of customer complaints/technical support to marketing/R&D
Investigate customer complaints and give feedback to marketing and customers
Coordinate with brances/stockists
Maintain product technical manuals and provide technical support to customer on product/process/information and maintain high level of customer satisfaction
Trouble shooting with various plastics, paper, ink customers

Desired Candidate Profile
M.Sc. (Chemistry,Polymer Chemistry, Paints, Oils, Plastics)
M.Tech( Polymer Technology, Plastics)
B.Tech ( Polymer, Chemical Engg)
Candidats having 3-5 years experience into paint, pigment, coating, textile preferred
