Job Description:
Responsible for providing pre-sales support, formulating solutions and interfacing with various clients / prospects in US.
Responsible for pre-sales support to include formulating solutions in eLearning / sales training, medical education and competitive & business intelligence.
Responsible for providing support to the Business Development Team in providing technical / scientific support in generating leads by understanding quality/output expectations from the client.
Assist the sales team in proposal development, on or off site presentations etc.
Define and develop framework of solutions for typical leads.
Liaise and facilitate transfer of leads between to business development and delivery team in accordance with the established guidelines / processes / documentation required during presales activities.

Qualification :
Bachelor's / Master's degree in science. Pharmaceutical industry experience as well as an MBA strongly preferred.
Excellent language and communication skills.
Adept at creating sales concepts and estimations
Proven analytical skills, strong written and oral communication / presentation skills
