Job Description
Responsibilities include (not limited to)-
* Must achieve recruitment targets.
* Will recruit IT talent, through online job boards and vendor partnerships.
* Will identify suitable candidates quickly for client submission, screen candidates, negotiate rates, coordinate interviews, and complete relevant documentation.
* Will be responsible to screen the profiles submitted by the team before forwarding them to the Account Management Team / Client.
* Must have 6 months to 2 years of experience in an IT Consulting and Staffing business, handling all aspects of recruitment.
* Ability to understand the technical requirements and quickly present the profiles to the Account Management Team.
* Must have excellent communication (Written & oral), negotiation, & presentation skills.
* Should be interested in working in Night Shifts / US timings on long-term employment.
* Resourcing for current and urgent requirements of US
* Short listing Candidates
* Calling Candidates for Technical and HR screening
* Conducting technical test
* Conducting the HR interviews
* Must be able to resource for current and immediate US requirements.
* Must have 1-3 years of excellent corporate experience with an established track record in recruiting.
We are only considering candidates who have prior technical recruitment experience and willing to work in night shift.

Desired Candidate Profile
* Successful candidates must have proven track record with at least 2-3 years of technical recruiting experience for US clients
* Must have excellent communication (Written & oral), negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Must be familiar with US IT job market along with recruitment and hiring process related to it.
* Must have high levels of skill and motivation to search the talent for complex Technical requirements.
