Job Description
* Identify & Understand Requirements technically.
* Sourcing the candidates.
* Able to negotiate with candidate.
* Searching the candidates using portals.
* Prepare candidate for Interview.
* Strong Internet sourcing and interviewing skills.

Desired Candidate Profile
*Minimum of 1 year proven recruiting experience in a corporate environment.
*Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a High-paced, changing work environment.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy

*Screening, short listing, sourcing candidates for the given positions through various job sites..
*Conducting Telephonic rounds of interviews.
*Forwarding resumes to respective clients.
*Scheduling short listed candidates for an interview sessions.
*Co-ordinating with clients & candidates regarding interview schedule& feedback.
*Follow ups with the candidates till they join
