Responsible for the full cycle of recruitment
Managing a team or recruiters.
Recruitment at all levels - Shop floor to Executive Level
Analyzing the requirements of the clients.
Sourcing profiles through different Jobsites, references, networking.
Screening and short-listing the resumes according to the specific requirement.
Scheduling and facilitating the interview process.
Responsible for the candidate joining and providing data's related to invoicing and collections.
Maintaining an active database of the profiles and Contact Details.
Proven ability to achieve the Targets
Ensuring timely feedback from candidates and clients to complete the selection procedure.
