Job Description
Identifying and evaluating the company requirements i.e,Java/C#/People soft/Networking/SAP/Oracle/ERP etc. recruitments
Advertising posts appropriately - drafting and placing advertisements in the web portals.
Searching the matching profiles from the web portals, by head hunting or from internal database.
Reviewing applications, assessing candidates' skills through interviews, skill tests and background checks;
Maintaining appropriate database.
Evaluating CVs and Screening the candidates with telephonic, Interaction with candidates through direct interview for their communication skills, personality profile and attitude for the assignment.
Scheduling and facilitating the interview process.
Preparing and maintaining the recruitment related documents

Desired Candidate Profile
Young, soft-spoken, extrovert achiever with 1 to 2 yrs. exp.
Strong commitment to delivery, relationship management & good communication skills.
Good interpersonal and interaction skills.
Person with self confidence and good time management ability.
Ability to work under pressure.
Preferably a male candidate.
Candidate having strong Exposure on Technical/IT recruitment need only apply.
