Job Description # The role of HRA can be categorized into three areas â Facilitator (facilitate the line managers in execution of people management responsibilities/different HR processes/better work environment & culture within their internal customer orgns ; Catalyst (in starting new programs aimed at employee wellbeing, change management, improved business efficiency and effectiveness ; Enabler (enable managers to perform their people manager responsibility more effectively).
