ServSolid is growing information technology (IT) enterprise based in the United States of America. ServSolid provides staff augmentation and custom software development services to assist clients accomplish their information technology objectives.

We are currently hiring Information Technology (IT) Recruiter to be based in India to support our United States Operations. The recruiter will be in India in city of their choice and will work from 6 PM to 3 AM (Indian Standard Time) Monday through Friday and on Saturday from 6 PM to 10 PM (Indian Standard Time). This job offers individual the flexibility to work from home.

The job responsibilities includes understanding of technical job requirements, search/identify, call/conduct technical screening, negotiate salary/billing rates, ensure the candidate reports at client location - full recruitment life cycle responsibilities.

Experience:
3+ years experience in working within an information technology environment
Excellent communication skills, business sense and organizational skills
Experience in all sourcing techniques including job boards, ad response, Internet search engines, networking, referrals, headhunting and cold calling
Experience in screening, interviewing, closing candidates
Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
Broad understanding of software languages, databases - a plus.
Desired Candidate Profile
