Job Description
The role involves proving support for the full spectrum of HR function, offering value added service to internal customers. The incumbent will assist his/ her reporting officer in developing and managing talent pool, and providing solutions for retaining and rewarding key talent. Additionally the incumbent is responsible for a waining programs for the organization. Partner with Recruiting to ensure smooth hiring process Familiar with SAP system will be an added advantage Resourceful & self-driven with strong sense of commitment and urgency to meet set goals and objectives

Desired Candidate Profile
Industry : Manufacturing, Cide spectrum of HR functions ranging from recruitment, manpower planning, talent retention, performance management and other HR subsystems. He/she will be expected to play the role of a business partner role to provide HR solutions and develop HR strategies to attract, develop & retain staff in achieving organisation objectives. Assist in the planning of learning and development trommodity, Minerals, Metals, Trading.
