Desired Candidate Profile
Desired ProfileA minimum of3 years of experience in various HR and admin functions. Preferably in Software Company.
Dynamic, Self-motivated.
Willing to multitask with minimal supervision
Have a strong network in Pune in recruitment
Has helped grow and nurture a strong technical team from a small size to 50+

RecruitmentTo have ultimate responsibility related to operations of the recruitment team.
Provide inputs and directions to the Operations Head for issues related to employee recruitmentHR Policies
Define and establish HR Policies
Define and establish HR Manual/handbook
Career Planning & Employee Development
Maintain the database of all employees, their skill-sets, experiences and related matrices.
Manage the Career Planning and Succession Planning activities.
Drive Performance Appraisals and KRA setups.
Manage Rewards and Recognition program.
Handle all internal communications.
Mentoring program

Strategic
Establish and refine staff welfare strategies.
Define and execute regular surveys (e.g. Employee Satisfaction) to bring out issues faced by employees on the table.
Ensure that employee grievances are effectively handled and satisfaction index is the better than the industry.
Ensure employee retention leading to excellent attrition rates

Training
Organize Induction Program
Create and Manage Training Calendar, Programs, Feedback

Employee Records
Setup and enhance systems to handle relevant employee records e.g. attendance, training...)
Provide the Operations Head with the needed data/reports.
