Job Description :
Responsible for all areas of Human Resources operations viz., empoyee/compensation data analysis, payroll interface, Human resource process/ Work place practices/ exit process and attrition analysis and change management.

Design and implement Human Resource programs for Orientation, Performance Management, Reward and Recognition programs.

Overall responsibility for compensation and benefits function, including developing and implementing appropriate compensation and reward strategies, conducting external benchmarking exercises, recommending relevant changes to the compensation policies and practices and administration of compensation benefits.

Lead the annual succession planning exercise and play an active part in any organisation restructuring or design exercises to ensure consistency, fairness and compliances with organisation policy.

Create predictive models and conduct scenario analyses.

Responsible for employee relations, discipline, grievance resolution process.

Create tools and programs that integrate, grow and retain employees.

Responsible for identifying the main reasons of attrition, through analyzing exit interviews and implementing measures along with senior management to increase employee engagement and retention.

Lead six sigma related process improvements

Desired Candidate Profile :
10 years plus significant generalist HR experience preferably in the ITES/BPO industry.
University degree (Master in HR or MBA degrees).
Good understanding of compensation policies and programs as well as market practices.
Excellent English knowledge.
