Issuing employee Code
Issuing Access Cards/ ID cards
Taking care of Insurance
Interaction with Vendors, Landlord, Ministries, security agencies and local police
Preparing itineraries, organizing travel arrangements, ticketing, hotels etc.

Desired Candidate Profile
Interacting with estate agents
Regular evaluation of support services to prepare/amend/change AMCs,
Maintenance of House Keeping and Security
Maintenance of Stock of Stationery, Pantry Consumables Toiletries,Travel and Visa/Ticket formalities.
