Job Description:
Exp in Head Hunting or Recruitment in IT industry (Day Shift), Responsible for end to end IT recruitments. Right from Analyzing, Sourcing/Screening, Scheduling, Coordinating with clients & candidates till they join.
Have a good knowledge of Job Boards i.e. Naukri.com, Monster.com, etc.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Fresher to Min 06 Months of exp in IT / Non IT recruitment (Day shift) & end to end process. Head-hunters are must & should hold prior exp in heading hunting candidates from industry is must. Knowledge of various IT terminology and jargons is desired. You should posses excellent communication skills and ability to interact with client as per needs.
