Induction and Orientation for new joiners.
Organizing Trainings
Employee Transfer, Promotions & Increments.
Leave Management System.
Employee Appraisals
Employee assistance programmes.
Time management system together with Admin team on an All India basis
Framing of HR Policies in consultation with thr team.
Managing the Payroll through the consultant and our admin and HR team
Develop a sustainable positive environment for the organization and its businesses and drive acceptance of new technologies.
Planning and co-coordinating events, meetings and conferences together with Admin team

Desired Candidate Profile
â Graduate degree in Management
â Minimum 1 year working experience in corporate world.
â Zeal for exploring new avenues and self driven.
