Designation Executive/Sr.Executive

Job Description � Support the C&B team by updating the compensation surveys data and by compiling the data received from survey reports.
� Support in analysis of compensation data across levels in the organization.
� Primary responsibility for interfacing with the recruitment team and hiring managers, reviewing the offer proposal, ensuring all required documentation and approvals are in place before we roll out the offer.
� Post offer discussions with the candidate and facilitation of the candidate�s on boarding.
� Facilitating relocation of new employees as applicable.
� Supporting the ERP implementation in HR.
� Support the HR Operation team in processing for payroll during the month end.
� Assist in Attrition Analysis.
� Develop, evaluate and propose improvements in any of the processes and practices in the function.
� Support the team in any other activities as identified from time to time.

Desired Profile � Previous work related skill, knowledge or experience is most preferred.
� Should have hands on experience working in MS Office especially MS excel.
� Interfacing skills-should be able to effectively interface with candidates, hiring managers, recruitment team and other departments.
� Preferably should have a meticulous approach and eye for detail
