Designation Recruitment Administrator

Job Description Job Summary
Recruitment Administrator required to support busy engineering recruitment team in Bangalore. Working for Atkins, Europe's largest engineering consultancy, this role involves recruiting staff to work on overseas projects within our Global Design Centre.

This is a varied role involving managing a recruitment database, arranging interviews, co-ordinating interviews with managers, and assisting the Recruitment Advisor throughout the entire recruitment process.

Requirements
Experienced administrative skills
IT literate in MS Excel, Word and Outlook and ideally in the use of databases (training will be provided where necessary).
Excellent organisation skills
Ability to work in a team environment and wwork with managersfrom other Atkins offices around the world.
Strong business English written and oral skills.

Responsibilities
Take full administrative responsibility for managing our Recruitment Management System in coordination with our Recruitment Advisor.

This will include:
Updating candidates details as they progress through the recruitment process.
Adding external applicants into the system.
Creating new vacancies.
Advertising vacancies and managing vacancy expiry dates
Inviting candidates to interview.
Updating the Recruitment Advisor on the process of interview slots
