Candidates should have knowledge of HR functions and having strong network with HR professionals. Work experience In IT Company will be preferable.
Fluency in spoken and written English is must.

Desired Candidate Profile
Recruitment & selection, induction, timesheet analysis & MIS, policies framing.
Responsible for HR product, solution & services.
Preparation of Attendance Register.
Collection of Attendance.
Daily Updating of Attendance Register.
Handling the administrative activities for the smooth functioning of the office.
Coordinating the joining process of the candidate in the corporate.
Maintenance of Personal Records of Employees.
Preparation of monthly salaries of all the employees.
Preparation of Debit Note.
Preparation of AMD report (Weekly).
Query handling/ resolution (Daily).
Maintenance of All statutory Register.
Collection of Tour Claims, Conveyance Claims and Leave Applications of associates.
Preparation of ESIC & PF Challans and Returns.
Submission of ESIC Declaration Forms of Employees.
Submission of PF Nomination & Declaration Form.
Issue Identity Cards.
Maintain healthy relationship with network hospitals, ESIC Office etc.
MIS Preparation.
Distribution of salary Slips, Cheques, DDs etc.
Co-ordination in Bank Account opening.
Co-ordinate with regional HR and all Deptt. Heads of the region.
