Job Description
HR Budget: HR cost tracking.
Recruitment: Massive recruitment efforts & nosh, wherein involved in conducting interviews and manning the organization s manpower recruitment.
Induction & orientation: Responsible for smooth maintenance of HR system starting from employee's induction, Orientation, training, appraisal and rewards.
Training & Development: Development of training modules and finalization of training calendar, training budget, gap analysis, identification of training needs and organizing the same.
HR System and Policies: Responsible for implementation of HR policies in the region.
Reward and recognition programs: Initiation of the process and then its implementation in true letter and spirit.
New Initiatives: Conceptualization of new HR techniques and imitative, Fun at work, Birthday celebration, Get-together, Family day, outdoor programs, CSR activities and employee insight survey.
Statutory compliance: Conceptualized a checklist for compliances audit to achieve 100% compliance target. Effective liaison with Govt. bodies.
Contract Labour management: New vendor's development for Security, housekeeping and casual labours.

Desired Candidate Profile
Postgraduate Degree in Business management with specialization in Human resource / Personnel Management.

Should have 2-4 yrs. Relevant experience preferably in IT / ITES/FMCG/ Retail Industry.
