Job Description
â Handling whole recruitment cycle right from sourcing the profiles, identifying the prospective candidate, approaching them, scheduling them for interviews, initial screening round and forwarding their candidature for further rounds.
â Pre-employment verification checks of the prospective candidates & extending the Offer Letter to them.
â Conducting Induction programme for the new joinee which encapsulates detailing the company profile, processes, organizational structure & various HR policies by clearly demonstrating how imperative they are to the organization as a whole.
â Conducting various reviews like Induction Reviews, Mid-Reviews & Confirmation Reviews.
â Carrying out Performance Evaluations in PMS.
â Exit-Interview via performing all formalities of Employee separation.
â Framing various HR policies, forms & formats from time to time to continuously improve them.
â Administering Employee engagement activities like organizing team building games, fun-filled sessions & other recreational programmes.

Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA/ PGDBM or any equivalent course in Human Resources.
- Atleast 1.5 years of experience handling a relevant profile.
- Excellent communication skills.
