Job Description
The Position: Reporting to the Senior HR Manager â Recruitment and Employee Relations, the incumbent will be responsible for leading a team of recruitment professionals and will have full responsibility for managing a recruitment centre that is responsible for all bulk recruitment and the back office administration associated with all levels of recruitment including manpower approvals, job advertising, managing the e-Recruitment system, screening candidates, letters of appointment and reporting.

This position has a change management focus as the organization updates and improves its recruitment practices based on business growth and objectives. This will include expanding of recruitment into new markets, creating new service level agreements with suppliers and up-skilling line managers.

Desired Candidate Profile
Experience and Qualifications:
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management.
Significant experience in bulk level and specialist recruitment.
Hands on experience in e-Recruitment
Strong analytical and report writing skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite.
Proven ability to supervise staff and successfully implement change in an MNC/progressive organization.
