Job Description:
Managing Resume Sales from 4 branches in Mumbai
Ensure that sales team is well trained and is following best practices to counsel clients and generate revenue from walk-in clients.
Maintain all lead generation and lead management processes.
Manage the team of young graduates and keep them motivated through innovative contests and R&R schemes.

Desired Candidate Profile:
MBA with 2-3 years of experience or Graduate with 4-5 years of experience in Sales
Candidate should have exceptional man-management qualities and flare to work with young and dynamic sales executives.
Regards
Prior experience of handling a sales team and operation is mandatory.
Should be open to extensive travelling.
Enterprising, aggressive Sales Professionals with Excellent Communication Skills.
