Job Description:

The HR administration department is responsible for the daily administration of plans and systems related to employee compensation & performance, development and administration of corporate policies, procedures and management directives.
Responsibilities:
â Employee guidance and counselling.
â Conducting exit Interviews, exit formalities and Managing and Supporting information requests from Operations
â Creating & Administering Globally Scalable HR Processes and Procedures.
â Update and maintain the HRMS.
â Handle employee queries.
âHR Related Communication Strategy.
âShould be flexible working in shifts.

Desired Candidate Profile:
â Human Resources Administration Experience.
â Expertise in MS - Excel
â Excellent written and Verbal communication skills.
â Bachelors Degree required.
â MA/Msc psychology can also apply.
