Responsibilities:

â Conducting exit Interviews, exit formalities and Managing and Supporting information requests from Operations
â Creating & Administering Globally Scalable HR Processes and Procedures.
â Update and maintain the HRMS.
â Handle employee queries.
âHR Related Communication Strategy.
âShould be flexible working in shifts.

â Human Resources Administration Experience.
â Expertise in MS - Excel
â Excellent written and Verbal communication skills.
â Bachelors Degree required.
