Job Description:
* Recruiting of advisors
* Training them and motivating them
* Setting targets for them
* Achieving the goal sheets
* Reporting to branch head

Desired Candidate Profile:
Candidate must have experience in team handling, motivation of team members, marketing and knowledge of Finance.
We are open to recruit from all sectors and industries,
Graduate / Post Graduate freshers looking for work experience most welcome, if the candidate is excellent.
Life Advisors with at least 2 years of experience in life insurance is also preferred.
