(FRESHER) Walk-In at Cystems Logic for Technical Recruiter (Night Shifts)

Required Skill Sets:
· 3-5 Years of Experience in recruiting
· 1-2 Years of experience hiring software Developer/ SAP Functional or Technical consultant/ QA
· Strong Knowledge of ERP, SAP, Oracle Java Technology
· Strong understanding of the SDLC process
· Primary understanding of Technical job requirements.
· Experience managing full lifecycle process including sourcing, identification, screening and closing
· Excellent communication skills.
· Should be good in using portals and headhunting.
· Should be a Team player and work with the US Team
