Job Description:
The Corporate Tax Services group are seeking qualified candidates to fill entry level tax positions within Deloitte Consulting's Hyderabad facility.
The Corporate Tax Services group works with U.S.-based business clients to provide tax compliance services, including income, sales, use and property tax return preparation, and computations.
Specifically, this position will focus on providing business tax return preparation services, including U.S. federal, state and local income, sales, use, and property tax returns.
The ideal candidate for this position would embrace the opportunity to gain extensive knowledge in the field of U.S. income, sales, use and property tax, be detail oriented, and have excellent people skills. Good communication skills in the English language both written and spoken are strongly encouraged.
The position includes local training to equip the qualified candidate with the necessary functional and technical skills.

Desired Profile:
Must have an undergraduate college degree, preferably in accounting/commerce.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Outlook) and a basic understanding of working with the internet
• Ability to work with diverse personalities and interface with colleagues in a positive manner
• Ability to prioritize work and be proactive with deadlines
• Ability to take direction
• Willingness and a desire to learn
• Work experience in tax or accounting fields a plus, but not required
• Prior US tax experience a plus, but not required
• Chartered Accountant and other accounting / tax certifications a plus, but not required
