Job Description:
Responsibilities To expand the RGBSI staffing services in US & European Markets
End to End Business Development, staffing services selling. Identify target audiences in international markets and implementing marketing strategies after careful planning to achieve targeted business volumes.
Understanding the client's requirement and follow up with the clients by actively participating in the teleconferences and webex meetings.
Actively participating in the conference calls with the prospects.
Building a relationship with the client.
Working on RFQs Managing the accounts for future business and long term prospects.
Major account management / mining and skills in relationship-building/ networking.
Interface with clients and constantly striving to improve customer satisfaction and cultivating relations with them for securing repeat business.
Preparing & answering to RFP's, RFI's, RFQ's
Willing to work in EST (5.00PM to 2.00AM)

Desired Candidate Profile:
Overall exp of 0 to 1 years in international Business Development for Staffing Business
o Candidate should have hands on experience in US Staffing sales with an already existing client base.
o Should 'posses' very good knowledge of IT staffing process in US. Specifically knowledge of how 1099, W2 and Corp-Corp works in the US.
o Ability to identify new opportunities for US consulting services in prospective and existing clients.
o Effective interaction with senior management (C level) at prospect companies to identify areas of āneedsā.
o Need to be a team player and with excellent communication skills.
Proven ability to independently develop pipeline and execute prospect accounts penetration strategy
Proven ability to negotiate and manage large contracts.
Understands the USA markets and the nuances of doing business in that market
