Job Description:
We are looking for Freshers for our company Topsource Infotech Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
The candidate will be responsible for handling payroll related work for multiple domestic clients with responsibilities
including (but not limited to) the following :
* Handling of Payroll processes
* Prepare payroll for Indian /UK clients
* Analysis of timesheets and invoices
* Reconciliation of payroll
* MIS reporting
* Ensuring that all outputs delivered to client meet the stringent standards set out in the SLA
Note: Training will be provided on the same.

* Candidates must be minimum graduate
* Well conversant with quality norms, standards and process
requirements for delivering quality
* You should be well versed with Microsoft office tools.
* Must be able to handle the independent responsiblity
Personal Characteristics
* You should have good written and spoken English.
* Motivated, self-starter individual with high level of
integrity, intensity and activity with a can-do attitude.
* Ability to understand client objectives and execute them
accordingly
* Disciplined process oriented work style
* Plan , monitor and manage activities for self
* Excellent communication skills
Candidate must be minimum Commerce Graduate and needs to carry decent communication and MS Excel skills.
