Job Description:
Designing and implementing employee welfare and engagement activities.
Grievance redressal and maintaining harmonious employee relations
Coordination for performance management system.
Maintenance of HRIS.
Handling compensation and payroll Process.
Liaisoning with govt. authorities and ensuring adherence to statutory compliance.
Strengthening organizational culture.
Policy implementation.
Separation Function.

Desired Profile:
MBA / MSW / PMIR with 1-5 Years of Experience in handling 'HR Operations' function.
Positive attitude and excellent team management skills are perquisites.
