A Recruitment Executive:
- is a team player who effectively builds relationships both inside and outside the organization
- will develop a wide range of business skills from customer relationship management and problem solving skills, to negotiation and closing abilities
- is responsible for sourcing candidates, interviewing, performing professional assessments, analyzing client needs and building long-term relationships on a foundation of honesty and integrity

Essential Qualifications:
- Strong academic background with university degree from Top Business Schools
- Drive to succeed
- Strong initiative and ability to think on your feet
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills (On a scale of 7 we are looking for individuals with at least a score of 5)
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Internet savvy to do research on evolving IT technologies .

The selected candidate would need to work as per night shifts primarily supporting the US time zones.
