•Assist the Training Manager in identifying employee learning and development needs through most appropriate methods
•Have continuous updates on the current market trends with respect to learning & people development & implementing them aggressively in Goodrich India
•Facilitate Learning culture across the Organization for appropriate Talent Management.
•Performance Management.
•New hire induction & Orientation.
•Competency Mapping.
•Employee confirmation.
•Conducting Exit Interviews & Analysing the feedbacks
