Requirements:
- Should be involved in the Full Life Cycle of Recruitment.
- Should be cape able of understanding the job description given by the various clients
- Sourcing of resumes from different job portals and screening of candidates
- Screening all the candidates profiles and call them for the requirement.
- Should have worked on different kinds of requirements both IT and NON IT.
- Short listing potential candidates resumes and communicate with candidates via email and phone.
- Presenting the interested candidates with all prescreened information and technical information’s to the client
- Scheduling candidate interviews for certain clients.
- Networking and build relationships with clients and candidates.
- Taking Interview feedback from Clients through mail or Phone
- Managing, coordinating and processing of the selected candidate.
- Update candidate database

- Should be willing to work in Night Shifts
