A. Position Summary:
This person will be responsible for recommending and providing DLF Pramerica’s suite of insurance solutions to customers based on complete need assessment of their financial requirement, and providing them excellent customer service.
B. Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation
1. Revenue generation (overall Targets for the month/year)
2. Percentage of business achieved from ‘identified customer targeted’
3. Exceed, the agreed, met /conversion ratios on the company provided leads
4. Responsible for meeting the key sales metrics of number of policies, premium and product mix on targets
Process & Co-ordination
1. Continuously update and effectively use IT tools to deliver the ‘desired’ sales targets and for personal review purposes
2. Responsible for participating in the ‘customer seminars’ arranged at ‘worksites’ and following up on the leads generated out of such presentations
3. Responsible for providing customers correct and appropriate advice based on their financial needs and risk profile
4. Constantly generate new prospects and referrals. He/she will also be responsible for following up on any prospect leads provided by the company as part of its marketing campaigns, to ensure conversions
5. Coordinating with operations etc for issuances
Client Services
1. Responsible for providing excellent customer service to their clients on reminders on policy renewals. Also collect renewal premiums when required.
2. Responsible for servicing clients / or their nominees for any claims that arise out of the policies solicited by him/her
3. He/she will be responsible for up-selling other insurance solutions based on their requirements to existing customers.
