Job Description: :
Looking for International Business Development Executive -Night Shift
- Freshers with excellent communication skills Can Walk-in directly (Jan 5th & 6th between 11 AM to 7 PM)
- Responsibilities to expand the RGBSI staffing & Engineering services in US & European Markets
- End to End Business Development, staffing services selling. Identify target audiences in international markets and implementing marketing strategies after careful planning to achieve targeted business volumes.
- Understanding the client's requirement and follow up with the clients by actively participating in the teleconferences and webex meetings.
- Actively participating in the conference calls with the prospects.
- Building a relationship with the client.
- Working on RFQs Managing the accounts for future business and long term prospects.
- Major account management / mining and skills in relationship-building/ networking.
- Interface with clients and constantly striving to improve customer satisfaction and cultivating relations with them for securing repeat business.
- Preparing & answering to RFP's, RFI's, RFQ's
- Willing to work in EST (6.00PM to 3.00AM). No transportaion is provided from the company.

Desired Profile :
- Willing to work in night shift(5:30PM to 2:30 AM). No transportation provided by the company
- Min 0 to 1 yrs of experience.
- Freshers with Excellent communication skills can walkin for an interview
- Experience in interacting with US or UK customers/Clients is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-Motivated, energetic.


- Should be able to work independently.
- BPO candidates/freshers can also apply.
