Our responsibilities:
Communicate directly with employers to correctly understand the job requirements
Obtaining information by identifying, approaching, talking to and meeting with existing and potential candidates and clients.
Sourcing of candidates by various techniques like head hunting, networking and Job Portals etc...and building & maintaining a live database of candidates.
Managing the complete Recruitment Cycle
Managing your time effectively to meet weekly, monthly and annual targets

Skills:
You should be a graduate with 1 to 3 yrs of hands on experience in IT-Recruitments.
Must be a hands-on recruiter with experience of working across multiple technology skills and functions.
Experienced in servicing a different types of IT companies – Services, Product development,
Must have excellent communication and personal interaction skills as well as creativity and an ability to work with people with all levels of experience and work skills.
Must be highly ambitious; possess positive attitude and Target & Goal oriented
