Designation Associate Specialist- Data Management Services (DMS)

Job Description:
-Respond to requests from investment divisions to research and set up/amend any or a set of the following common reference data on the GTS: securities, issuers, corporate structures (hierarchies), funds, sub portfolios, industry codes, brokers, and any supporting structure attributes.
-Perform audits and exception based processing to maintain accuracy and adherence to internal policies and procedures.
-Research complicated corporate actions for their impact on corporate structure, capital structure, and identification issues.
-Work directly with local business units to resolve extraordinary issues affecting the data and how users receive it.
-Assist in the development and documentation of daily operations procedures
-Escalate issues of risk to more senior staff.

Desired Profile:
MBA finance Freshers with knowledge of Equity research and have done projects on derivatives market, shares etc
Basic systems literacy including MS Office.
Critical thinking & inquiry.
Solid analytical ability & judgment
Attention to detail with an ability to recognize patterns and trends.
Basic knowledge of investment process and products supported.
Good written and oral communication skills
Basic knowledge of organization, clients, & business partners.
Certification on Capital Market (Dealers) Module and Derivatives Market (Dealers) Module would be an advantage.
