Job Description:
- Sourcing resumes as per to client's requirements
- Screening and short listing of CVs, interviewing the short-listed candidates.
- Also responsible of scheduling and coordinating the interview with the clients and also arranging for it.
- Getting the feedback from the clients.
- Understanding the requirements Sourcing from Databank / Various job Portals.
- Follow up with the selected candidates (pre and post recruitment)
- Posting the requirements in different jobs sites.

Candidate Profile:
Any graduate FRESHER / under graduate with experience can apply for ************* ******************* Management jobs

Key Skills:
Candidates with Good Communication and with HR Knowledge will be a plus
