Job Responsibilities:
- Well experienced with the complete recruitment cycle
- Experience of working with Direct Clients and top tier vendors
- Ability to recruit IT professional across the USA through direct phone sourcing, networking, referrals, and expanded Internet sourcing apart from portal dependency MBA Jobs
- Developing own relationships with present/potential clients, creating applicants database, applicant interviews, reference checks, client / employee relations,
- Must have worked with GC / US Citizens / TN / EAD / H1 / OPT
- Understanding and experience of working on concepts like W2, 1099, Corp-2-Corp

Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 12 months+ experience in Information Technology recruiting required
- Understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle process
- Ability to format and present quality resumes
- Understand the importance of referrals and references
- Proficiency with Internet and MS Office software packages
- Good organizational and "multi-tasking" skills
- The ability to work recruiter life-cycle from initial contact, interviews, reference check and placements MBA Jobs
- Excellent phone skills
- Effective resource screening processes and tools
