websites tracking tool on the network.....

Dear All ,

Can anybody tells me or give any tool by which I can check without Going/moving to the PROXY SERVER through the LAN that which the which user on the LAN who has been given the internet have opened which websites on his system/ip without going on the PROXY SERVER through the TELNET .
I want to check from my system which is on the LAN connected as a normal system that have the internet connection

Pls guide me in this regard

and other way is "snmp"
