Difference between JAVA and Oracle/SAP

Dear sir/madam

Please let me know what is the difference between JAVA Programming,Dotnet etc and Oracle applications like Oracle supplychain management,Oracle financials,SAP FICO etc.

Is it advantageous to learn JAVA,dotnet before learning Oracle applications/SAP.

Please Compare and Contrast the advantages and disadvantages of Both.

Thanks and regards
