I have a doubt. If I change my year of passing in my resume, will the company know my year of passing if cross verification is done?

I am 2002 passed out, can I modify as fresher and attend interviews?

Kindly suggest.

If you are keeping a fake resume only to attend interviews, then you can do it and no one will find it out. But if you are trying to get a job as fresher, then I will say you are inviting problems.

First cross-verification is done when you join the company. They will verify whether your certificates matches with what you said/specified in resume or not. If it is a small or medium company they will stop there only. Because cross verification process is a very costly initiative. But if you are joining a moderately good to big companies they will always go for third party verification and catching this kind of issues will be very easy for them.

Please be very cautious and take decision. Please take help of some friends and well wishwers. Hopefull they will help you to come out of the situation.

first of all tell me how can u do tht? if at all u r selected as a fresher they'll ask u atleast zerox copies of ur certificates to verify the details.....then deff u'll get in trouble....
frd now a days keeping fake exp is becomming very difficult & u r talking abt changing ur passedout year.....my sugg n i think all of our frds sugg is DONT DO THT...IF U DO THT U'LL GET IN TROUBLE FOR SURE.......instead of thinking like of u can join in some placement institute and learn any sourse...try for jobs through tht placement center........
