Re: Reason fo preparing aptitude

Hi

If your question is :'Should IT applicants prepare for aptitude?' then the answer is certainly yes...whether one is a fresher or experienced, all IT companies do test one's aptitude skills before testing technical skills...it's a way of testing whether the candidate has analysis and logical thinking skills...this is important irrespective of technical skills one has...

Thanks,
Prashanth

Re: Reason fo preparing aptitude

I completely agree with Prashanth.

Every one should have certain level of aptitude skills and every company tests for it. Ofcourse, the level of aptitude each company looks varies from company to company and the type of job we are applying for.

Thanks,
Krishna
